Profile Products Acquires Quick Plug from Dümmen Orange

Profile Products LLC, a U.S.-based manufacturer of specialty agriscience materials, has acquired Quick Plug, a bonded growing-media manufacturer, from Dutch floriculture company Dümmen Orange. The deal includes Quick Plug’s products, technologies, employees and manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands, Canada and Oregon, expanding Profile’s propagation and controlled-environment agriculture capabilities and global footprint.
