BrightView Holdings, Inc. acquired Cutting Edge Property Maintenance, Inc., a Plymouth, Minnesota-based commercial landscape services firm, for undisclosed terms. The deal brings Cutting Edge's more than 110 employees and capabilities in winter services, landscape maintenance, tree care, and irrigation into BrightView's national platform to expand its Upper Midwest footprint.
