Stinger Acquires Race Sport Lighting, Inc.

Stinger, a Clearwater, Florida-based designer and manufacturer of vehicle aftermarket solutions, has acquired the assets of Race Sport Lighting, a U.S. LED automotive and powersports lighting brand. The acquisition will integrate Race Sport Lighting's product portfolio into Stinger’s lighting, infotainment and safety offerings to expand capabilities and broaden aftermarket and commercial vehicle lighting solutions.

Race Rock Infrastructure Acquires Highway Safety LLC and Ohio Galvanizing LLC

Houston-based Race Rock Infrastructure acquired Highway Safety LLC (HSC) and Ohio Galvanizing LLC (OGC), adding the guardrail, bridge rail, solar-support and galvanizing capabilities to its infrastructure portfolio. HSC and OGC will join Race Rock’s existing portfolio company Structural and Steel Products (SSP); founder W. Patric Gregory III will remain as President of HSC/OGC and join Race Rock’s board. The deal was financed with debt (led by Woodforest National Bank) and equity; Locke Lord LLP advised Race Rock and Sperry Mitchell & Company advised the sellers.

Halle Capital-backed Rockit Pest Acquires Spencer Pest Services

Halle Capital Management launched Rockit Pest, a platform to acquire and operate regional pest control companies, and in conjunction with the launch Rockit acquired Spencer Pest Services, a Greenville, South Carolina pest-control provider. Laura Corbin will continue to manage Spencer as Rockit and Halle look to scale the business and expand the platform's footprint across the region.

RPC, Inc. Acquires Spinnaker Oilwell Services, LLC

(NYSE: RES) acquired Spinnaker Oilwell Services, LLC, a provider of oilfield cementing services headquartered in Oklahoma City, effective July 1, 2023, for $79.5 million in total consideration. The purchase expands RPC's cementing capabilities and geographic footprint into the Permian and Mid-Continent basins, where Spinnaker operates two facilities and 18 full-service cementing spreads.
