Dunes Point Capital Acquires All-Lift Systems

Dunes Point Capital, LP (via Dunes Point Capital Fund II, LP) has made a majority investment in All-Lift Systems, Inc., a Neenah, Wisconsin-based provider of aftermarket services and parts for overhead cranes and lifting equipment. The transaction was financed with debt from M&T Bank and advisory support from Kirkland & Ellis, HMB Legal, Alvarez & Marsal and XLCS Partners.

Dussmann Group Acquires Lynskey Engineering

German facility services group Dussmann Group has acquired Dublin-headquartered mechanical building services contractor Lynskey Engineering. The deal strengthens Dussmann Technical Solutions' mechanical engineering and maintenance capabilities in Ireland and complements its existing electrical services portfolio; Lynskey employs around 120 people and generates roughly €60m in annual revenue, and the purchase price was not disclosed.

ICT Group Acquires DWG Automation

ICT Group has acquired Schiedam-based system integrator DWG Automation, a company of approximately 120 employees that supplies industrial automation, electrical engineering and industrial IT solutions. DWG will operate under ICT Group's Industry and Vital Infrastructure division to expand capabilities and geographic presence (including Botlek and North Holland) and to support end markets such as tank terminals, energy, food and infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires True North Solutions

Accenture has acquired True North Solutions, an industrial engineering and operational-technology (OT) specialist headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. The acquisition adds roughly 95 automation, instrumentation and electrical engineering experts to Accenture’s Industry X and Resources teams to strengthen OT, industrial automation, enterprise asset management and OT cybersecurity capabilities for energy and mining clients.
