ICT Group Acquires DWG Automation

ICT Group has acquired Schiedam-based system integrator DWG Automation, a company of approximately 120 employees that supplies industrial automation, electrical engineering and industrial IT solutions. DWG will operate under ICT Group's Industry and Vital Infrastructure division to expand capabilities and geographic presence (including Botlek and North Holland) and to support end markets such as tank terminals, energy, food and infrastructure. Financial terms were not disclosed.
