Accenture Acquires ATI Solutions Group

Accenture has acquired ATI Solutions Group, a Perth-based consulting services provider for the mining, energy and rail industries, to strengthen its digital engineering and OT-to-IT integration capabilities in Western Australia. Approximately 60 ATI employees and contractors will join Accenture's Industry X practice to help clients automate field operations and optimize maintenance and operational workflows. Terms were not disclosed.

GovHost Acquires True North Software

GovHost has acquired True North Software LLC, an Illinois-based provider of cloud-native Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) and Records Management System (RMS) software for small and mid-sized law enforcement agencies. The acquisition expands GovHost's cloud public-safety portfolio, adding True North's state compliance, LEADS 3.0 integration, and real-time NIBRS validation capabilities while keeping True North leadership and operations intact.

JPA Health Acquires True North Solutions

JPA Health, a Great Point Partners-backed full-service healthcare agency, has acquired True North Solutions, a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based life sciences consulting firm that specializes in predictive analytics, AI-driven solutions and medical affairs. The deal (an add-on to JPA Health) brings True North's analytics, visualization and AI capabilities into JPA's life sciences offerings and transitions True North founder Colin Baughman and his team into JPA Health.

The deal (closed March 12, 2021) adds private cloud hosting, managed IT and cybersecurity capabilities to Bluff Point's portfolio of technology companies serving the financial services industry; terms were not disclosed.

Accenture Acquires IQT Group

Accenture has agreed to acquire IQT Group, an Italy-based provider of engineering managed services for large infrastructure and net-zero projects. The acquisition brings IQT's more than 450 consultants and engineers into Accenture's infrastructure and capital projects practice to strengthen capabilities for electricity, water and telecom infrastructure, energy efficiency and net-zero program delivery in Italy and Europe.
