Accenture has acquired True North Solutions, an industrial engineering and operational-technology (OT) specialist headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. The acquisition adds roughly 95 automation, instrumentation and electrical engineering experts to Accenture’s Industry X and Resources teams to strengthen OT, industrial automation, enterprise asset management and OT cybersecurity capabilities for energy and mining clients.

Bluff Point Associates Acquires True North Networks

Private equity firm Bluff Point Associates has acquired True North Networks, a Swanzey, New Hampshire-based managed services and MSSP focused on SEC-compliant IT for registered investment advisors. The deal (closed March 12, 2021) adds private cloud hosting, managed IT and cybersecurity capabilities to Bluff Point's portfolio of technology companies serving the financial services industry; terms were not disclosed.

Hub International Acquires Assets of True North Group Insurance Services in Michigan

The True North Group team will join Hub Midwest East as part of Hub’s ongoing effort to expand its geographic footprint and strengthen commercial and employee-benefits capabilities in Michigan; terms were not disclosed.

JPA Health Acquires True North Solutions

JPA Health, a Great Point Partners-backed full-service healthcare agency, has acquired True North Solutions, a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based life sciences consulting firm that specializes in predictive analytics, AI-driven solutions and medical affairs. The deal (an add-on to JPA Health) brings True North's analytics, visualization and AI capabilities into JPA's life sciences offerings and transitions True North founder Colin Baughman and his team into JPA Health.

True North Advisors Acquires Blue Investment Partners

True North Advisors, a Dallas-based registered investment adviser, has acquired Danville, California-based Blue Investment Partners, adding approximately $353 million in AUM and expanding True North’s presence in the San Francisco Bay Area. The deal is True North’s second acquisition since forming a growth partnership with Wealth Partners Capital Group and HGGC’s Aspire Holdings platform and closed June 30, 2025; financial terms were not disclosed.

Banyan Software Acquires Northwoods Consulting Partners, Inc.
