Sunstate Equipment Acquires AJ Rental Dallas

Sunstate Equipment Co., a Sumitomo Corporation-owned equipment rental company, has acquired AJ Rental Dallas to expand its presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. The acquisition brings AJ Rental customers access to Sunstate’s larger multi-state branch network, expanded fleet and technology capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Pacific Shoring, a Salt Creek Capital portfolio company, has acquired UK-based EZE Shore, Ltd., including U.S. and European patent rights to EZE Shore's composite trench shoring system. The deal adds a lightweight composite product to Pacific Shoring's aluminum and steel shoring lineup and will support Pacific Shoring's expansion into European markets through EZE Shore's dealer network.
