Partners Group has agreed to acquire Axia Women's Health from Audax Private Equity. Axia, a Voorhees, New Jersey–headquartered women's healthcare platform that supports a network of physician practices and more than 150 locations, will join Partners Group to continue scaling as a national women's health platform.

AXA Acquires Maestro Health

Banyan Software Acquires Medtech Global

Banyan Software has acquired 100% of Medtech Global, a New Zealand–headquartered provider of practice management and health technology solutions including Medtech Evolution, Artia, Medeor and ALEX. The seller parties were Advent Partners and Geoffrey Sayer (Medtech CEO), who will remain as CEO under Banyan's ownership; the deal strengthens Banyan's healthcare software footprint across Australia and New Zealand.

iCapital Network Acquires Axio Financial

The acquisition will expand iCapital's alternative investment product menu, technology stack, education and distribution capabilities for financial advisors; terms were not disclosed and the deal was expected to close in Q4 2021.

AvidXchange Acquires BankTEL Systems

AvidXchange, the Charlotte-based accounts payable and payment automation provider, agreed to acquire BankTEL Systems, a provider of accounting solutions serving more than 20% of U.S. banks. The deal will integrate AvidPay and AvidXchange's network (500,000+ suppliers) with BankTEL's ASCEND banking accounting suite, expanding AvidXchange's capabilities and industry-specific offerings for financial institutions.
