Local Marketing Solutions Group, Inc. Acquires KMA One

Local Marketing Solutions Group, Inc. (LMSG) has acquired KMA One to expand its sales and marketing support capabilities, including lead generation, telemarketing, territory development and sales enablement. The founders of KMA One, Meryl McKenna and Keith Manning, will remain with the business, which will continue to operate as a stand‑alone brand supporting LMSG companies such as JGSullivan Interactive, DuFour Advertising and WeblyGuys. Auctus Capital Partners acted as exclusive advisor on the transaction.

Graphic Village Acquires Mail Louisville

Graphic Village has acquired Mail Louisville, a variable print and mailing company based in Louisville, Kentucky. The deal expands Graphic Village's variable print and mailing capabilities, adds a SOC-II certified secure facility in Kentucky, and the Mail Louisville team will continue to operate from their Louisville location as a division of Graphic Village; the acquisition is part of growth activity by parent Revitalize Capital.

MFG Partners LLC has acquired Mail Communications Group, LLC (MCG), a Des Moines-based provider of omnichannel mail, printing, lettershop and digital communications services, from Stone Arch Capital. Tecum Capital Partners and TCF National Bank provided financing for the transaction; Cleary Gull acted as exclusive financial advisor to MCG.

The deal adds about $5 million of revenue to G&S and creates the G&S Integrated Marketing Communications Group, with the combined organization employing more than 165 people and generating over $33 million in annual revenue.
