Thermal Concepts, a Davie, Florida-based HVAC platform backed by Trivest Partners and Halmos Capital, has acquired 5 Seasons Mechanical LLC, an Atlanta-area provider of commercial and industrial HVAC maintenance and installation services. The transaction is Thermal Concepts' first acquisition in Georgia and is intended as an add-on to expand the platform's geographic footprint and service capabilities in the Atlanta metropolitan market.

The investors plan to grow a Southwest HVAC‑R platform, retain existing operating teams (with Steven Brayet serving as President and Matt Shaw as COO), and continue expanding service offerings; financial terms were not disclosed.
