Digital Alpha Acquires Unitas Global's Connectivity Business

Digital Alpha Advisors acquired the Connectivity Business assets of Unitas Global and will operate the business under the Unitas Global name, integrating its Unitas Nexus platform and Unitas Reach network into Digital Alpha's digital infrastructure portfolio. The asset purchase makes Digital Alpha the controlling stakeholder in the connectivity business and aims to expand its next-generation networking capabilities for enterprise, MSP and cloud customers.

UPSTACK Acquires LanYap Networks

UPSTACK has acquired Phoenix-based telecom and cloud advisory firm LanYap Networks; terms were not disclosed. LanYap co-founders Angie Tocco and Laura Dashney will join UPSTACK as Partners and Managing Directors and become equity stakeholders as UPSTACK continues to scale its cloud and internet infrastructure advisory platform (UPSTACK is PE-backed following a $50 million investment from Berkshire Partners).

Globalgig Acquires Unified Scale

The acquisition enhances Hexagon’s HxGN EAM and APM capabilities by integrating Itus’s digital twin and predictive-maintenance platform into its product suite.

Appliqate Inc Acquires Minority Stake in NUI Social
