Unitas Global Acquires INAP's Network Business Assets

Unitas Global, a Digital Alpha portfolio company, has acquired INAP’s Network Business assets (including INAP Japan) to expand its next-generation networking platform and enterprise customer base. The deal combines INAP’s network technologies (including MIRO) with Unitas’ Unitas Nexus and Unitas Reach platforms to enhance hybrid cloud connectivity and global network coverage.

Royal Media Acquires Connectivity Business

Royal Media, a specialized business information and media company, has acquired Connectivity Business and its associated assets, including the Connectivity Business Investment Forum. The acquisition expands Royal Media's coverage into the global connectivity infrastructure and services market, bringing an established trade brand (founded in London as SatelliteFinance/TelecomFinance) into Royal's portfolio.

M/C Partners (via Neutral Connect Networks) Acquires Connectivity Wireless Solutions

Boston-based private equity firm M/C Partners has acquired Connectivity Wireless Solutions and its subsidiaries (including Simplifi DAS Holdings) and will consolidate the business with its portfolio company Neutral Connect Networks. The deal creates a larger neutral-host and in‑building wireless platform to accelerate growth in managed Wi‑Fi, CBRS/private LTE and 5G deployments; Stephen Bye will serve as CEO of the combined business and Connectivity founder Greg Jacobs will join the board.

Naviga Acquires Abacus
