Prometheus Group Acquires Atonix Digital and Launches Prometheus APM

Prometheus Group has acquired Atonix Digital and launched Prometheus APM, integrating AtonixOI into its plant maintenance and operations platform to provide predictive and prescriptive asset performance management. AtonixOI—originally built by Black & Veatch and used by hundreds of industrial sites—will be enhanced with native integration to Prometheus' EAM/ERP-connected solutions to improve reliability, safety and operational efficiency.

Hexagon Acquires CAD Service

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division has acquired Parma-based CAD Service to fully integrate its OpenCAD visualisation tools into HxGN EAM. CAD Service, which has a nine-person team and a longstanding partnership with Hexagon, will be consolidated into Hexagon to accelerate development of enhanced 3D visualisation capabilities for customers in manufacturing, energy, and transportation.

Hexagon AB acquired ETQ, a Massachusetts-based provider of SaaS quality (QMS), EHS and compliance management software, for $1.2 billion in cash on a debt- and cash-free basis. ETQ—headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts with ~185 employees and expected 2022 revenue of ~$75M—will join Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division to accelerate Hexagon’s cloud journey and expand its quality-management capabilities across manufacturing and regulated industries.

GlobalLogic Acquires Hexacta

Linq Analytics Acquires Certain Assets of Altius, Inc.

The deal adds FP&A and MDM capabilities to Linq’s account hierarchy and analytics offerings and includes the appointment of Noel Phillips as CTO to support product integration and client transitions.
