FalconPoint Partners completed its inaugural investment in JENNMAR, committing and investing in excess of $250 million of equity to support the company's global expansion. JENNMAR — a century-old manufacturer of infrastructure products and provider of specialized services to the civil infrastructure, solar, mining, and construction markets — will remain led by CEO Tony Calandra and his management team; the transaction also provides significant liquidity to the business.

Jennmar Acquires Weber Mining & Tunnelling SAS

Jennmar, a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, has acquired Weber Mining & Tunnelling SAS, a France-headquartered manufacturer of resins and foams for mining and tunnelling ground support. The acquisition expands Jennmar’s international footprint (manufacturing in France and Poland; sales/distribution in Turkey, Australia and Mexico) and adds Weber’s R&D-driven resin and foam capabilities to Jennmar’s product portfolio.

CMP Group Acquires MarineTech Products

CMP Group Ltd, an Ironbridge portfolio company headquartered in Delta, British Columbia, has acquired MarineTech Products, Inc., a marine-products manufacturer based in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The deal expands CMP's U.S. presence and broadens its recreational marine product portfolio; founder and owner Larry Grundtner will remain with the combined business to support the transition.

Bernhard Capital Partners Acquires Duotech Services

Bernhard Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Duotech Services, a Franklin, North Carolina-based provider of repair, remanufacturing, and engineering solutions for radar and related systems, to expand its newly launched government services platform. Terms were not disclosed; Duotech will retain its headquarters and management team and will join Bernhard Capital's government services platform alongside the Federal & Defense business of VSE Corporation.

Jennmar Acquires Rohrig Heavy Equipment Maintenance

Timber-Tech (Westcap Portfolio) Acquires Darmac Framing Systems

Timber-Tech Truss Limited Partnership, a Westcap portfolio company, has acquired Darmac Framing Systems, a Balzac, Alberta-based fabricator of panelized and modular building components. The add-on expands Timber-Tech's prefabrication capabilities, enabling it to provide the full structural package for residential construction and support accelerated growth across Western Canada.
