JENNMAR, a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, has acquired the assets of G&R Gas Services, a Cedar Bluff, Virginia-based provider of well tending, roustabout, and right-of-way maintenance services to the oil & gas industry. The deal transfers over 100 service vehicles and approximately 100 employees to JENNMAR's Services division, expanding its footprint and service capabilities in the Central Appalachian region.

Jennmar Acquires Weber Mining & Tunnelling SAS

Jennmar, a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, has acquired Weber Mining & Tunnelling SAS, a France-headquartered manufacturer of resins and foams for mining and tunnelling ground support. The acquisition expands Jennmar’s international footprint (manufacturing in France and Poland; sales/distribution in Turkey, Australia and Mexico) and adds Weber’s R&D-driven resin and foam capabilities to Jennmar’s product portfolio.

Arcline Investment Management Acquires Rotating Machinery Services, Inc.

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, has acquired Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. (RMS), an OEM and leading third-party provider of parts, repair, engineering, metrology and maintenance services for turbomachinery. RMS is headquartered in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, operates nine facilities, and will partner with Arcline and its management team to pursue growth in aftermarket turbomachinery services.

JENNMAR Acquires Dumotech Industrial Products

JENNMAR, a FalconPoint Partners portfolio company, has acquired the assets of Dumotech Industrial Products, a Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec-based manufacturer and distributor of products and hardware for the hardrock mining industry. The deal brings Dumotech's operating assets and certain customer relationships into JENNMAR while keeping operations at Dumotech's existing Quebec facility to strengthen JENNMAR's presence in the region.

Roofing Services Solutions (RSS), a portfolio company of Dunes Point Capital, has acquired DL Phillips Construction, Inc. dba Ja‑Mar Roofing & Sheet Metal. Ja‑Mar, headquartered in the Austin, Texas area with six Texas locations and approximately 40 employees, will be integrated into RSS as an add‑on to expand the platform’s regional footprint and service capabilities.
