BFC Group Acquires Arrowhead Industries

BFC Group, a Triton Smaller Mid‑Cap Fund I portfolio company headquartered in Germany, has signed an agreement to acquire Arrowhead Industries, a leading US core‑metal supplier to the automotive weather‑seal market. The deal expands BFC's footprint in North America and creates a global group with 10 production sites across five countries and more than 200 employees; financial terms were not disclosed.
