LightRidge Solutions, a portfolio company of ATL Partners, has acquired Trident Systems, a provider of high-performance space electronics and C4ISR solutions. The add-on deal — terms not disclosed — expands LightRidge's capabilities in space mission computing, increases Trident's production capacity, and brings complementary engineering talent into the LightRidge platform.

Wisconsin River Partners Acquires Lemke Industrial Machine

Wausau-based private investment firm Wisconsin River Partners has acquired Lemke Industrial Machine, a Marathon, Wisconsin–based designer and manufacturer of specialized equipment for locks, dams and movable bridges, effective Sept. 30. The founder, Dave Pflieger, sought a succession solution that preserved jobs and operations; management and staff will remain in place and Pflieger will continue as president.

May River Capital Acquires RLE Technologies

Trident Maritime Systems Acquires Assets of Custom Alloy Corporation

Trident Maritime Systems, a portfolio company of investment affiliates of J.F. Lehman & Company, acquired the assets of Custom Alloy Corporation through a Section 363 bankruptcy auction. The add-on strengthens Trident's manufacturing capabilities and expands its presence on key U.S. Navy nuclear vessel programs by integrating Custom Alloy's specialty alloy forgings, fittings, and piping capabilities.

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions Acquires Trident Beverage

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Huron Capital-backed beverage platform, has acquired Houston-based Trident Beverage, a provider of dispensed beverages and dispensing equipment for K-12, convenience and foodservice channels. The deal—Ronnoco's ninth add-on under Huron Capital's ExecFactor strategy—keeps founders John and Patrick Walker with an ownership stake and aims to expand Ronnoco's frozen/cold beverage offerings and geographic/service footprint.

The deal — with TRITEC majority owned by Edgewater Capital Partners prior to the sale — expands Trelleborg's PTFE capabilities, manufacturing capacity and service offerings for rotary seals and MRO/OEM customers.
