Ceragon Networks Acquires Siklu

Ceragon Networks Ltd. completed its acquisition of Siklu, a provider of multi‑Gigabit mmWave "wireless fiber" connectivity, in a transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $13–15 million. The deal (partly paid with ~1.5 million Ceragon shares and assumption of ~$10–12 million of liabilities) is intended to expand Ceragon's mmWave and Fixed Wireless Access capabilities and increase its presence with private networks and small service providers in North America.
