Siyata Mobile Acquires ClearRF, LLC

Siyata Mobile Inc. agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of ClearRF, LLC for US$700,000 in cash and shares. The acquisition gives Siyata ClearRF's patented M2M/IoT cellular amplifier technology, U.S. manufacturing access via Servatron, and accelerates entry into government, military and in-vehicle modem markets.

Ceragon Networks Acquires Siklu

Ceragon Networks Ltd. completed its acquisition of Siklu, a provider of multi‑Gigabit mmWave "wireless fiber" connectivity, in a transaction with an enterprise value of approximately $13–15 million. The deal (partly paid with ~1.5 million Ceragon shares and assumption of ~$10–12 million of liabilities) is intended to expand Ceragon's mmWave and Fixed Wireless Access capabilities and increase its presence with private networks and small service providers in North America.

Bosch Acquires Assets of TSI Semiconductors

Bosch is acquiring the assets of U.S. chipmaker TSI Semiconductors in Roseville, California, and plans to invest more than $1.5 billion to convert and expand the facility for silicon carbide (SiC) chip production. The deal gives Bosch a foundry with roughly 250 employees and about 10,000 square meters of clean-room space, accelerating its capability to produce SiC chips for automotive, telecommunications and energy markets and expanding its semiconductor manufacturing footprint in the United States.

SmartWave Technologies (Northlane Capital Portfolio) Acquires Multi-Tech Systems

The deal combines SmartWave's short‑range wireless and sensor expertise with MultiTech's long‑range wireless (LoRaWAN, LTE) product portfolio to create an integrated, end‑to‑end IoT solutions provider operating under the MultiTech brand.
