ABC Financial, a Thoma Bravo–backed provider of club management software, has acquired GymSales, an international provider of fitness sales management tools based in Melbourne. The acquisition adds GymSales' lead capture, nurture and sales-conversion capabilities as an add-on module to ABC's DataTrak platform to improve member acquisition and upsell performance for club operators.

ABC Fitness Solutions Acquires Fitness BI

ABC Fitness Solutions, a Thoma Bravo–backed provider of fitness industry software, has acquired Fitness BI, a San Francisco Bay Area Data Warehouse-as-a-Service platform used by more than 1,100 clubs. The acquisition will integrate Fitness BI's analytics and DWaaS capabilities into ABC's product suite (ABC Performance Insights) to expand reporting, business-intelligence offerings, and create a single source of truth for club operators.

Advent International Acquires Zingfit and Triib to Grow TSG Boutique Fitness Platform
