Journey Acquires ICRAVE, Skilled Creative and Futures Intelligence Group

Journey, a newly launched design and innovation agency led by Andrew Zimmerman and backed by private equity firm Growth Catalyst Partners, announced the acquisitions of ICRAVE, Skilled Creative and Futures Intelligence Group. The transactions combine experience design, voice/conversational AI and futures/metaverse advisory capabilities to create an integrated agency offering physical, digital and virtual customer experiences for enterprise and B2C brands.
