Arcadia has acquired selected assets, technology and significant customer accounts from the Massachusetts eHealth Collaborative (MAeHC), a non-profit health IT services firm. The deal adds interoperability and data analytics capabilities and brings MAeHC leadership and talent, including Micky Tripathi, into Arcadia to expand its value-based care and population health offerings.

Agape Care Group Acquires Journey Hospice

Addus HomeCare Acquires JourneyCare Hospice Operations

Addus HomeCare Corporation completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of JourneyCare, Inc.'s hospice operations for approximately $85 million in cash. JourneyCare, based in Glenview, Illinois, operates hospice and palliative services serving an average daily adult census of about 750, generates roughly $55 million in annual revenue, and brings over 500 employees to Addus as part of the deal.
