Addus HomeCare Corporation completed the acquisition of Hospice Partners of America, LLC for a cash purchase price of $130.0 million. The deal, which New Capital Partners sold, expands Addus’ hospice capabilities and provides strategic entry into new geographic markets including Texas; Hospice Partners serves ~1,000 patients daily across 21 locations with approximately $55 million of annualized revenue.

Addus HomeCare Acquires Queen City Hospice and Miracle City Hospice for $192M

The Cincinnati-based hospice provider serves roughly 900 patients daily with over 600 employees; Addus said the deal expands its hospice and home health capabilities in Ohio and is expected to be immediately accretive.

Addus HomeCare Acquires Tennessee Quality Care Operations

The acquisition adds approximately $40 million of annualized revenues, 17 locations serving an average daily census of ~1,800 patients across more than 50 Tennessee counties, and expands Addus' clinical presence in the state (home health, hospice and private duty nursing).

Agape Care Group Acquires Journey Hospice

The deal brings operations that serve over 16,000 consumers per day into Addus, establishing Addus as the largest personal care provider in Texas and expanding its scale in existing and new markets.
