Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS) has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the entities comprising Tennessee Quality Care from American Health Partners. The acquisition adds approximately $40 million of annualized revenues, 17 locations serving an average daily census of ~1,800 patients across more than 50 Tennessee counties, and expands Addus' clinical presence in the state (home health, hospice and private duty nursing).
