Colfax Creek Capital Acquires Traverse City Products

Birmingham, Michigan-based Colfax Creek Capital, in partnership with management and with mezzanine/equity support from Charter Growth Capital Fund (CGCF), acquired Traverse City Products (TCP) from its founders. The transaction closed March 10, 2020 and enabled the current owners to fully exit while leaving management in place to continue operations and pursue diversification and growth.

Grede Acquires Neenah Enterprises' Commercial Vehicle Business and Advanced Cast Products (ACP)

Grede has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Neenah Enterprises, Inc.'s commercial vehicle business, select industrial book of business and the Advanced Cast Products (ACP) operations in Meadville, Pennsylvania. The acquisition (expected to close in Q3 2021) adds ~220 ACP employees and expands Grede's casting and machining capabilities to better serve commercial vehicle, automotive and industrial OEM customers; terms were not disclosed.

Colfax Creek Capital Acquires GLE Precision, LLC

The investment will provide Colfax Creek control of GLE and support the company's growth initiatives, including new equipment and expansion into new end markets across medical, semiconductor, automotive and other industries.

Arcline Investment Management, a growth-oriented private equity firm, completed a strategic investment in American Casting Company (ACC), a Hollister, California-based provider of engineered investment castings for aerospace, defense, medical and energy applications. ACC will continue to be led by CEO Chris St. John; Arcline plans to support expansion of the company’s capabilities and capacity to meet rising demand from OEMs reshoring mission‑critical components. Janes Capital Partners served as financial advisor to the company.

Cotton Creek Capital Majority Recapitalizes ConeCraft, LLC

Cadence Aerospace (Arlington Capital Portfolio) Acquires Premier Processing

The add-on acquisition expands Cadence's specialty processing capabilities and will leverage Premier's facility and management team to support broader Cadence operations and customer base.
