Colfax Creek Capital Recapitalizes Appalachian Cast Products

Colfax Creek Capital formed Premier Engineered Products, LLC to recapitalize Appalachian Cast Products (ACP) and to integrate the production of Premier Die Casting into ACP's Abingdon, Virginia facility. The new platform will be led by Mike Ryan as President and CEO and will invest in expanded aluminum die casting and value‑added CNC machining capabilities to accelerate growth.
