Birmingham, Michigan-based Colfax Creek Capital, in partnership with management and with mezzanine/equity support from Charter Growth Capital Fund (CGCF), acquired Traverse City Products (TCP) from its founders. The transaction closed March 10, 2020 and enabled the current owners to fully exit while leaving management in place to continue operations and pursue diversification and growth.
