Thompson Capital Partners Acquires Metco Metal Finishing, LLC

Thompson Capital Partners (TCP) completed the acquisition of Metco Metal Finishing, LLC, a Phoenix-based metal plating and chemical processing provider formerly a division of Triumph Manufacturing. TCP will combine Metco with its AID Aerospace portfolio company, investing in facility upgrades and pursuing aerospace Nadcap and quality certifications to expand capabilities and cross-sell into aerospace, automotive and semiconductor end markets.

The purchase vertically integrates key machining and metal-finishing capabilities into the Plasma Processes platform, which is backed by private equity firm Blue Sea Capital.
