Venture Metals+, a portfolio company of Mill Rock Capital, has acquired Thalheimer Brothers LLC (Philadelphia, PA) and Mega Metals LLC (Phoenix, AZ). The add-on deal expands Venture Metals' non-ferrous and titanium recycling capabilities, increases processing capacity and extends the platform's geographic reach across the U.S. and Asia.
