Southeast Building Supply Interests (SBSI), a platform backed by Building Industry Partners (BIP), has acquired Wallace Building Supply, expanding SBSI's footprint into Clarksville, Tennessee and growing the platform to nine LBM locations across the Southeast. As part of the transaction, Wallace employees will participate in SBSI's employee equity ownership program and Wallace leadership will remain in place.
