Southeast Building Supply Interests (SBSI) Acquires Wallace Building Supply

Southeast Building Supply Interests (SBSI), a platform backed by Building Industry Partners (BIP), has acquired Wallace Building Supply, expanding SBSI's footprint into Clarksville, Tennessee and growing the platform to nine LBM locations across the Southeast. As part of the transaction, Wallace employees will participate in SBSI's employee equity ownership program and Wallace leadership will remain in place.

US LBM Acquires Northern Building Supply

US LBM Acquires Manning Building Supplies

US LBM has acquired Manning Building Supplies, a Florida-based distributor and manufacturer of building products, expanding US LBM’s distribution and manufacturing footprint across key Florida housing markets. Manning, which operates nine locations and two truss plants, will continue to be led day-to-day by Jimmy Cissel and Steve Wiechens; the JIAN Group acted as financial advisor to Manning.
