Lomond Group Acquires DJ Alexander; LDC Supports Deal

Lomond Group, backed by private equity firm LDC, has acquired Scottish lettings and estate agency DJ Alexander. The add-on expands Lomond's managed portfolio (now ~9,500 properties in Scotland and 30,000 across the UK) and brings DJ Alexander's ~104 employees into the group as Lomond continues its buy-and-build consolidation of regional estate agents.
