Cradlepoint, a subsidiary of Ericsson, acquired Ericom Software to integrate Ericom’s cloud-delivered zero-trust and security service edge capabilities into Cradlepoint’s NetCloud portfolio. The deal is intended to expand Cradlepoint’s SASE, zero-trust and cloud security offerings optimized for hybrid 5G and wireline enterprise environments.
