Bridgepointe Technologies, a San Mateo-based tech advisory firm backed by Charlesbank, has acquired RealCom Solutions, a Plano, Texas-based telecommunications and technology consulting agency. The deal expands Bridgepointe’s capabilities and footprint in the Southwest; RealCom’s hospitality-focused MSP (TekSecute Technology Group) will be spun out while affiliated cybersecurity provider Third Wave Innovations will remain independent and partner with Bridgepointe.

Y-COM Holdings Acquires Atlantic Utility Constructors

Cradlepoint (Ericsson) Acquires Ericom Software

The deal is intended to expand Cradlepoint’s SASE, zero-trust and cloud security offerings optimized for hybrid 5G and wireline enterprise environments.

Data Network Services (Cloud Equity Group-backed) Acquires Datacom Specialists

Data Network Services, a Virginia-based managed service provider backed by Cloud Equity Group, has acquired Datacom Specialists, an Ohio-based managed service provider serving small- and medium-sized businesses. The deal is DNS’s first add-on since CEG’s December 2020 investment and is intended to expand DNS’s service offerings and client footprint; financial terms were not disclosed.

Cytracom Acquires OmniNet
