The acquisition expands Vitesse’s multi-band antenna capabilities and positions the combined company to deliver broader, faster communications solutions to military and commercial satellite customers.

Qorvo Acquires Custom MMIC

Qorvo has completed the acquisition of Custom MMIC, a Chelmsford, Massachusetts-based supplier of GaAs and GaN monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs). The deal brings Custom MMIC’s mmWave capabilities and product portfolio into Qorvo’s Infrastructure and Defense Products business to expand offerings for defense, aerospace and commercial 5G markets.

CML Microsystems Acquires MicroWave Technology, Inc.

CML Microsystems Plc has completed the acquisition of MicroWave Technology, Inc. (MwT), a Silicon Valley–based compound semiconductor manufacturer founded in 1982 that specializes in GaAs and GaN MMICs, discrete devices and hybrid amplifier products. The deal expands CML Micro's product portfolio, strengthens its mmWave and high-frequency R&D capabilities, and aims to accelerate global market reach for MwT's products via CML's sales and distribution network.

Arcline Forms Quantic and Acquires TRM Microwave
