Lexmark International Acquires Acuo Technologies

Lexmark International has acquired Acuo Technologies and will integrate the company's Universal Clinical Platform into Perceptive Software to expand Lexmark's healthcare software capabilities. The deal brings vendor-neutral archive (VNA) and clinical imaging/data management functionality to Perceptive's product suite, improving enterprise-wide access to imaging and document-centric patient information within the EMR.
