Coral Tree Partners has made a minority growth investment in Innovative Artists Entertainment, the Santa Monica–headquartered talent agency founded in 1982. Monroe Capital acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on a senior credit facility to support the transaction; Innovative Artists has rebranded its existing businesses under the unified Innovative Artists Entertainment name and will continue operating from offices in Santa Monica and New York.

THL Partners Acquires Majority Stake in AMI

THL Partners has agreed to acquire a majority stake in AMI from HGGC in a private transaction expected to close in fall/Q4 2024. AMI, headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, is a global leader in dynamic firmware used across data centers and cloud platforms and employs over 1,500 engineers; THL says the investment will accelerate product innovation and market expansion to address growing AI and hyperscale infrastructure demand.

SJE Acquires AMI Global from Cimbria Capital
