Dallas-based ARR Healthcare, Inc., parent of locum tenens firm Alliance Recruiting Resources, has acquired Enterprise Medical Recruiting, a national physician search and placement firm founded in 1990. The acquisition adds permanent physician placement capability to ARR Healthcare’s existing temporary staffing (locum tenens) offering; Enterprise’s EVP Paul Smallwood is promoted to COO while founder Neal Fenster remains CEO.
