AMN Healthcare Acquires MSDR (Medical Search International & DRW Healthcare Staffing)

AMN Healthcare has completed the acquisition of MSDR — a combination of Medical Search International and DRW Healthcare Staffing — to expand its locum tenens and advanced-practice staffing capabilities. The deal (announced for $300 million) is expected to modestly accrete adjusted EPS and materially expand AMN's locum tenens revenue and candidate network across the United States.
