BD myShopi Acquires Dockx Select Activities from Dockx Group

BD myShopi, an NPM Capital portfolio company, has acquired the activities of Dockx Select from Dockx Group, adding last-mile and oversized-goods delivery capabilities including a 24-location pick-up network. The deal retains Dockx Select's 15 employees and key commercial and operations directors, and follows BD myShopi's recent acquisition of CityDepot as part of a build-out of its smart, sustainable logistics offering across Belgium.

Flexport Acquires Shopify Logistics and Deliverr

DPD UK Acquires CitySprint

Bruneau Group Acquires Office Depot Italy from Office Depot Europe

French B2B e‑commerce company Bruneau Group has acquired Office Depot Italy from Office Depot Europe. The divestiture is part of Office Depot Europe’s strategy to focus on core Central European markets and e‑commerce activities; financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands BDP's US import and trade compliance capabilities and extends its inbound logistics presence in the U.S. Gulf region, with DJS operating as a subsidiary of BDP.
