Domaine Worldwide Acquires Code to Strengthen European Shopify Capabilities

Domaine Worldwide, the global Shopify-focused e-commerce agency, has acquired Code, a leading European Shopify partner with offices in Delft, Amsterdam and Berlin. The roughly 60-person Code team will join Domaine to establish a new operational hub in the Netherlands and expand the combined organization's Shopify, development and CRM marketing capabilities across multiple time zones.

The acquisition combines Pattern’s brand and experience design capabilities with Domaine’s engineering and delivery operations to expand experience-first digital commerce offerings; terms were not disclosed.

Arcadea Group, a long-hold investor in vertical market SaaS, has acquired AgCode, a specialty-crop farm management software provider, from corporate owner Wilbur-Ellis. The deal positions AgCode to accelerate product development and expand its global footprint while enabling collaboration with Arcadea's existing Agtech portfolio (including Radfords).
