EG Acquires Ørn Software Holding AS

EG, a Nordic vertical software company, completed the acquisition of Norwegian SaaS provider Ørn Software Holding AS on 1 August 2022 after receiving required regulatory approvals. The deal brings Ørn's ~160 employees and suite of SaaS products for real estate, energy & sustainability, maintenance and quality control into EG's portfolio to expand its industry-specific SaaS capabilities across the Nordics.

EG Acquires Lindbak Retail Systems AS

Danish software company EG has acquired Norwegian retail software firm Lindbak Retail Systems AS, marking EG's first acquisition under the ownership of Francisco Partners. Lindbak will operate as an independent business area within EG, with its management and ~130 employees transferring to EG to strengthen EG's retail software capabilities across Scandinavia.

Danish software vendor EG A/S has completed the acquisition of PatientSky SaaS Norway AS and PatientSky App AS (including Hove Medical Systems, Infodoc, PatientSky Clinic and PatientSky App) from PatientSky Group AS. The transaction closed on 20 April 2023 after competition authority approval; PatientSky Group divested its SaaS and App business to EG as part of a NOK ~850–900 million transaction announced in related advisory materials.

BuildTec Software Group Acquires E-Komplet A/S

Bregal Unternehmerkapital-backed BuildTec Software Group announced a partnership/add-on with Denmark-based E-Komplet A/S, adding the craftsman-focused project management software provider to its construction-software platform. E-Komplet, founded in 2012 and headquartered in Aalborg, supports Danish small and medium trade businesses (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, etc.), and the deal expands BuildTec's capabilities and footprint in the Nordics and trade verticals.

Francisco Partners Acquires EG from Axcel for DKK 3.7 billion

BuildTec Software Group Acquires Majority Stake in Acies A/S
