EG Acquires Ørn Software Holding AS

EG, a Nordic vertical software company, completed the acquisition of Norwegian SaaS provider Ørn Software Holding AS on 1 August 2022 after receiving required regulatory approvals. The deal brings Ørn's ~160 employees and suite of SaaS products for real estate, energy & sustainability, maintenance and quality control into EG's portfolio to expand its industry-specific SaaS capabilities across the Nordics.

Francisco Partners Acquires EG from Axcel for DKK 3.7 billion

The deal (approved May 23, 2019) positions Francisco Partners to grow EG organically and via further bolt-on acquisitions while supporting operational improvement and expansion across the Nordics.

EG A/S Acquires Holte

Danish software company EG A/S acquired Norwegian construction-software provider Holte to strengthen and expand EG's construction industry product portfolio across Scandinavia. Holte, a market leader in Norway with ~135 employees, will continue to be led by CEO Aleksander Bjaaland and be integrated into EG's Construction unit to accelerate digitalization of the construction process.

EG A/S Acquires PatientSky SaaS Norway and PatientSky App businesses from PatientSky Group AS

Danish software vendor EG A/S has completed the acquisition of PatientSky SaaS Norway AS and PatientSky App AS (including Hove Medical Systems, Infodoc, PatientSky Clinic and PatientSky App) from PatientSky Group AS. The transaction closed on 20 April 2023 after competition authority approval; PatientSky Group divested its SaaS and App business to EG as part of a NOK ~850–900 million transaction announced in related advisory materials.

ASDA Acquires EG Group's UK & Ireland Business

The deal accelerates ASDA’s convenience retail strategy, substantially expanding its forecourt and convenience footprint and making ASDA the #3 convenience retailer in the UK.

Alpine Software Group (ASG) Acquires ThinkLP

Alpine Software Group (ASG), a portfolio company of Alpine Investors, has acquired ThinkLP, a Waterloo, Ontario–headquartered provider of retail loss prevention and safety case management SaaS. The deal brings ThinkLP into ASG's vertical SaaS platform (ASG's 50th software acquisition); founder Doug Treleaven will transition out of day-to-day operations and Spencer Marzouk will become CEO.
