International private equity firm Cinven, alongside Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, has agreed to acquire and combine Sweden-headquartered group.ONE and Germany-headquartered dogado group to create a pan‑European provider of online presence solutions for SMEs. The combined business will offer domains, web and cloud hosting, business software and digital marketing services to a large, recurring customer base across the Nordic, Benelux and DACH regions; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Cinven to Acquire Finaxy Group from Ardian

Private equity firm Cinven has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire the Finaxy group from Ardian, with Finaxy management (led by Founder & CEO Erick Berville) set to significantly reinvest alongside Cinven. Headquartered in Paris, Finaxy is a multi-specialist French insurance broker with over 330 employees and more than €700 million in premiums; Cinven will invest from its Strategic Financials Fund and aims to accelerate Finaxy's buy-and-build growth across France and internationally.

CVC Acquires Majority Stake in Partner in Pet Food from Cinven
