One Rock Capital Partners Acquires EnviroServe from Savage

One Rock Capital Partners (through an affiliate) completed the acquisition of EnviroServe Inc., a national provider of environmental remediation, waste management and emergency response services, from Savage. One Rock said it will work with EnviroServe's leadership to enhance operations, expand the company's geographic footprint and grow the business; the company operates from over 35 locations in the U.S. and employs more than 550 team members.

EnviroServe Acquires CG Environmental

EnviroServe Inc., a Salt Lake City-based environmental services platform and portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners, has acquired CG Environmental (The Cleaning Guys), a Fort Worth, Texas-based provider of environmental remediation, emergency response and waste management services. The add-on expands EnviroServe's footprint by seven locations (to 45 total) and brings CG Environmental's proprietary "Annihilator" spill-cleanup technology and regional capabilities across Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and Missouri.

Monomoy Capital Partners Acquires EnviroTech Services

Rockbridge Growth Equity Acquires Protect Environmental

Miller Environmental Group Acquires Environmental Products & Services of Vermont

GenNx360 Capital Partners-backed Miller Environmental Group Inc. (MEG) has acquired Environmental Products & Services of Vermont, Inc. (EP&S), expanding MEG's footprint along the U.S. East Coast. The deal closed December 27, 2019; terms were not disclosed, and the combined business will operate more than 25 locations with over 350 employees to enhance MEG's emergency response and remediation capabilities and geographic reach.
