NTT DATA Acquires Aspirent from Summit Park

NTT DATA has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Aspirent, a data, analytics, and advisory firm headquartered in Atlanta, from majority owner Summit Park. The acquisition adds more than 230 data advisors and technologists to NTT DATA, bolstering its analytics, data engineering and advisory capabilities across partners such as Azure, AWS, Databricks and Snowflake.

Pfingsten’s portfolio company AscendERP Holdings (Ascend) has acquired WebSan Solutions Inc., a Toronto-based provider of AI-enabled ERP, CRM, analytics and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementation and support services. The add-on deal — Ascend's third under Pfingsten — closed in May 2025 and is intended to deepen Ascend’s delivery capabilities, expand its IP library and diversify its geographic footprint.

ServiceTitan Acquires Aspire Software

ServiceTitan has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aspire Software, a Chesterfield, Missouri–based provider of cloud-based business management software for commercial landscaping, snow & ice, and construction businesses. Growth equity firm Mainsail Partners, which backed Aspire in 2019, will roll a portion of its equity into ServiceTitan; Aspire has grown to roughly 100 employees and serves hundreds of commercial landscapers.

Linden Capital Partners Acquires Aspirion

Linden Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Aspirion, a Columbus, Georgia–based provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management (RCM) services, from Aquiline Capital Partners. Varsity Healthcare Partners joined the ownership group as a minority investor; Linden said it will invest in Aspirion's technology, AI/ML, and data capabilities and support growth through product and M&A initiatives.
