Aspirent (Summit Park Portfolio) Acquires Consulting Practices from Saxony Partners

Aspirent, a Summit Park portfolio company, has acquired the Digital, Financial Services, and Real Estate consulting practices of Saxony Partners, a Dallas-based technology and consulting firm. The deal expands Aspirent's data, analytics and cloud capabilities and extends its geographic presence into the Dallas market; Saxony will retain its Yardi practice and continue operating under the Saxony Partners name.

NTT DATA Services Acquires Nexient

NTT DATA Services has entered an agreement to acquire Nexient, a U.S.-based cloud-native, product-minded agile software services firm, to expand its Application Development & Modernization capabilities. Nexient will join NTT DATA's digital practice, bringing full-stack product development, agile teams and U.S.-based delivery centers (including Ann Arbor, MI and Columbus, OH); the deal was announced May 18, 2021 and is subject to customary closing conditions.

NEC Acquires Aspire Technology

NEC Corporation agreed to acquire Aspire Technology Unlimited Company, a Dublin-based network solutions and systems integration firm, to strengthen NEC Open Networks' Open RAN and systems-integration capabilities. The acquisition adds expertise in designing and integrating legacy and open networks (2G–5G) and expands NEC’s capacity to serve global operators with end-to-end Open RAN ecosystems.

ServiceTitan Acquires Aspire Software

ServiceTitan has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Aspire Software, a Chesterfield, Missouri–based provider of cloud-based business management software for commercial landscaping, snow & ice, and construction businesses. Growth equity firm Mainsail Partners, which backed Aspire in 2019, will roll a portion of its equity into ServiceTitan; Aspire has grown to roughly 100 employees and serves hundreds of commercial landscapers.
