The Sage Group plc has agreed to acquire Lockstep, a Seattle-based provider of cloud-native accounting automation technology, to broaden Sage's office-of-the-CFO capabilities and expand its digital network for SMBs. Lockstep — which employs over 130 people and connects more than 26,000 businesses across 40+ accounting systems — will join Sage with its management team to accelerate connected accounting innovation.

ScaleUp Capital Acquires GoReport

GoReport is a Belfast-based SaaS provider for property surveyors and inspectors; ScaleUp said it will work with management to invest in the product and drive further growth across its core markets.

The acquisition expands Sovos' tax and regulatory reporting offerings—particularly for SMBs—by adding 1099 Pro's e-filing, TIN matching and managed services capabilities and its tens of thousands of customers.

Deltek Acquires ProPricer

Deltek has acquired ProPricer, a Temecula-based provider of proposal pricing software for government contractors, to expand its product portfolio and enhance pricing and proposal capabilities for government contracting customers. The acquisition strengthens Deltek's offerings for project-based businesses by integrating ProPricer's pricing solution and existing Costpoint integration to improve proposal accuracy and efficiency.

Net at Work Acquires PMO Solutions

Net at Work, a New York–based digital operations platform provider, has acquired PMO Solutions, a Newport Beach, California-based value-added reseller of Sage Intacct and Sage 100. The deal brings PMO Solutions’ technical personnel and customers into Net at Work’s platform, expanding the acquirer's Sage ERP implementation and support capabilities.

Unanet Acquires GovPro AI

Unanet has acquired GovPro AI, a Washington, D.C.-based developer of an AI-powered proposal writing platform for government contractors. The acquisition integrates GovPro AI's technology into Unanet's ERP/CRM offering to accelerate Unanet's AI strategy, reduce customers' RFP drafting time and costs, and expand into the AEC market in 2025; terms were not disclosed.
