(Nasdaq: LTRY) announced a stock-based acquisition of S&MI Ltd., the owner of SportLocker, which has been rebranded as Sports.com to serve as a next‑generation digital sports entertainment platform. The deal (later disclosed in filings as completed) expands Lottery.com’s content and distribution capabilities — targeting rollouts in the U.S., Europe and the Middle East and leveraging SportLocker’s MNO partnerships and community features.
