D&L will operate as an independent subsidiary with Brian DeFrain remaining president, and PLS expects the transaction to increase its annual revenue run rate to $950 million (with a projected ~$1.2 billion in 2022).

Fastfrate Group Acquires ASL Distribution Services Limited

The deal will integrate FreightCenter's customers and online freight capabilities with BlueGrace's BlueShip TMS, carrier network and managed logistics services while FreightCenter continues to operate under its existing brand.
